all the way back meaning your headrest is under/behind the bar, i.e. if you get rear-ended you will die?

you east coasters love that "gangster lean", apparently. In this pic my passenger seat was adjusted the way Rob (my old roommate, over 6 feet tall) needed it:

headrest clearly in front of the roll bar, and that's with about an inch of SFI-approved padding in front of the bar

here's a photo that should give you an idea of where the seat can safely sit, with a hard dog hardcore hardtop:

My headrest is currently very close to the bar. I'm 6'3" so I need to get pretty far back. I'm padding the bar temporarily but working to gut some foam from the seats to give me a little more room. If that doesn't help enough I'm going to have to get some other seats.

modifying/replacing the seat is your best bet.

I don't have the hardtop one this is with the seat adjusted for me. If I sit any closer, my knees get in the way.

    Also, for mess around wheels...
what do you think of these? I want bronze, but I'm not sure about the style.

It's either something like those or just powdercoating the stockers.
