I'm painting my stockers white this summer!! I have the RX8's that I'll eventually get the shinka color, and I'm making my snowflakes my winter-only setup. I was looking at the duplicolor wheel paint, and it has really great reviews. I plan to put on enough coats, that if I do have tiny issues, I won't have a problem with see-though.

LOL we think a lot alike I'll be painting my stockers as soon as it's warm out and as soon as I buy paint!! heeh.

My snowflakes will be my winter set up as well... and my oz's/gram lights will be my summer set up!!

Look around enough, and you can find pcing for cheap. After I painted mine, i found a place to get 4 wheels done for $250

The cheapest I found around me was for 'whatever they had around' for $50 a rim.

Your welcome, ill just warn you that taping that lip is going to be a pain in the butt. If you can just do it with a brush instead of a spray can it will save you TONS of time.

It sounds crazy, but vaseline helps when you're doing things that are hard to mask off. Paint won't stick to it, and you can just wipe it off. I've painted wheels with the tires still on. I just coated the tire with vaseline, sprayed, then wiped off.

hmmmm thats a really good idea phen. But I think the car trick works better for the tires. I need to redo my wheels so I might try that.
