I put in MT90 and have been quite happy with it. 3 months and counting now.

    Doing my clutch this weekend.

Did you run all synchro-mesh? I remember reading something about doing a mix but im not sure what the mix was.
i run gm synchromesh as well. i used it with about 1/3 of a bottle of lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer. the bottle was about 1 litre or so. really really smoothed things out.

i had changed to lucas full synthetic 75w90 and it was really bad, grinding going into 2nd and 3rd all the time, made sure it was topped up several times and it always was. after switching to sychromesh/lucas stabilizer the grinding went away. i only get a hint of a grind going into 2nd after a night of -15 degrees celcius, but once the car has been driven for a few mins it all but dissapears.

this also cost about $20 less than me buying redline at retail price.

Do you you have to let your car warm up before you can even move the shifter? I have roughly the same mix that you do and mine is a bear to shift when cold.

its not any tougher, but it is notchier. even if its -30 celcius or colder its still fairly easy, i just end up having to double clutch or else she grinds going into gears.
