Yeah, my 90 has powersteering. Yos is removed.
As to locking it, I never do mine. Cheaper for em to just open the door instead of slash the top.

And you have a 90? So we almost have the same car? I never really ever read anything about what you got lol, I was "gone" when you bought yours. I just thought it was funny you posted a totaled 91 miata for $1500 so I go onto the Orlando CL and find one that runs and was a DD for the same price lol. Not to mention the new top, seats and wheels. Then he threw in the dasies so I couldn't talk him down any lol.
