I heard mention of some place that makes touch-up paint in a spray can. Can someone give me some info on this? I'm needing some 22V paint to clean up some rusty bits under the hood of my car.

Since you are looking for 22v, I'd recommend going to your local auto store and looking for Duplicolor. I'm not sure of the exact code/color but SATimko or Kansei will be able to help.
Supposedly it is very very very close to the stock 22v and will be a fraction of the price of paintscratch.com.
all good advice

I think I'll make due with some duplicolor if it's close enough.
