    SATimko's Mazdaspeed MX-5 #3693 Thread

    This is the thread for my future car. Moving previous discussions here.

    Details:

    40k miles
    Hard Dog Sport M2 w/ Harness bar
    Flyin' Miata Big Enchilada package installed
    ACT 6 puck unsprung clutch
    3" SS catback
    Tuned for 12 psi


    Ok, here's some pictures of the parts installed. These are from FM's website.

    dude, you should look at those Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3.

    they are waay too much (performance-wise) tire for the p5. but might work well in your application. no matter how hard I push the car in wet or dry conditions, they have not failed, slipped, or even felt like I was coming to their limit. I will proably get these for the mx5, especially if I continue to autoX.

    That's what DaveB has on his P5, and last I knew Dana had them on his MP3. In Dana's case, he's gonna break them free regardless. Dave seems to like them tho.

    I think a Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec would be a pretty good tire for the car.

    One of the only tires that comes in the size for the MSM as well.. p.s. I made the tire thread: http://www.themazdaforum.com/showthread.php?t=6835

    The Goodyear is a no-go, it doesn't come in 205/40-17 or 215/40-17 so it can't fit.
