yep, a 205/30-18 is his best bet. 205 width is about as wide as you can go without fender lip work\flares.
Stock 185/60-14's are 71.4" in circumfrence and 887revs per mile and 205/30-18's are 71.8" and 883revs per mile. Close enough in diameter for speedo to work just fine.
