It snowed here in Colorado over the weekend. It was just a little and only above like 10,000 feet.
Why do you have a big tent in your backyard?

lol that's the small tent. the bigger one already got taken down, they're coming back to take this one down in a couple days. It's giving me enough time to detail my car (today) and my sister's car (tomorrow) :) it's nice, anywhere else in the yard including the driveway you get crap falling out of trees onto the car while you work on it :ugh2:
It's there because there was a party with 300+ people here on saturday
rest of the pics added to first post.
it's sorta hard to show how clean the car is.. but trust me, it's quite clean. I clay barred and waxed the license plates even (and behind them of course).

those pics just reminded me how much I hate the parking brake on the 07+ altima.. it's positioned precisely where a clutch pedal would be, and the brake pedal isn't nearly as wide as it is on most autotragics... luckily I'm usually at the end of my driveway when I mistake it for a clutch pedal lol.

that just shows how much photos can hide things.. my car hasn't been washed in months (and at least 4k miles of driving). it's ridiculously dirty right now, but I didn't get a chance to detail it today.
Tomorrow is Maxima detailing.. maybe my Protege later in the day if I'm bored.

Hey Kansei, when are you heading out to AZ? I'll be going to San Francisco September 2nd or so, maybe we could meet up and caravan for a part of the trip

September 2nd we'll be in Knoxville, TN heading west toward Little Rock, AR or southwest toward Birmingham, AL.
We're taking the southern route to Phoenix (touching Mexico) so probably way out of the way for you going to Cali?
this is the route going through Little Rock:

Oh, that is a bit out of the way lol, our route is putting us through the upper portion of texas, NM and AZ.

yeah we're going through El Paso because it's the fastest route from Dallas to Phoenix, and an added bonus is that we are going to meet up with Bala in El Paso and a ton of dfwmazdas people in Dallas

That's cool.
Just remember, whenever the drive gets tough, there is someone suffering the same amount, if not more than you. At least you'll have a fun car, I'm stuck with the 2005 Corolla.
