Hey everyone,
I just recently installed Turbolife's monster FMIC kit...and now I have issues with my idle. At idle (especially when it is warmer out) my RPM's dip and the car almost stalls (a few times it has). I was running a unichip, but pulled it because the car was running too lean after the FMIC change. I also was running the MAF relocated to the Cold pipe. The idle issue was occuring when the Unichip was still on though.
So the set-up was Turbohoses SMIC, tuned Unichip with relocated MAF, and BOV...to...FMIC, back to stock ECU, back to MAF on intake, with BOV....
I am thinking the BOV might be the culprit or the MAF might need to be relocated again (but I cannot justify cutting turbolife's nice powdercoated pipes)...
Everything on the kit is nice and tight, the wastgate is a brand new forge billet one, and boost is currently set to stock (vac readings are normal).
