are they worth it? or should i get something else? what would you do? i've been looking at some of the pics, and you really can't tell there's much of a drop. but noone really mentions whether or not the handling of the car is any better. i have a local guy willing to give them up for supa-cheap, so idk...

They're good springs. They lower the car less than an inch, but honestly much more than that (anything more than about 1.25") will begin to adversely effect the handling unless springrates skyrocket.

um no. We're talking racing beat springs not MSP springs.
as in made by racing beat, not mazda with a racing beat sticker and not even made to the specs racing beat wanted.

Get them. PERFECT ride-handling balance with HPs. Racing Beat's the shit. Cannot do better IMO.

Oh, I did not know there was a difference. I'll ask him. Is there any way to visually differentiate the 2?

Nice, great drop with the RX-8 wheels but probably wouldn't look near as good with the OEM 16s. Who owns the P5?

So those are 17's then? They look just like RX-8 wheels, but I do see the difference now. Hmm, so these wouldn't look so bad after all..

I would but I still have the HTechs up front. Ricer rake ftl. After I get a house I'll put the RBs up front.
Krayzie-If you run 205/50R16, 205/45R17, or 215/45R17 it looks good. It's not obviously lowered, it's tasteful and utilitarian, like a stock msp. You'll end up with a tad more wheelwell gap up front, but it won't be obvious like the stock P5 suspension or the MSP springs-on-stock-struts hack job. The front fender cutout is much higher than the rear...
