I would say that 99.5% of the questions we have been emailed or PM'ed are already answered on our site. Although we love to talk to customers, there is a reason we have a FAQ section on the site. (Because we get about 100 emails a day asking the SAME things.. it gets old)

Our FAQ section is broken out into different categories to cut down on the clutter and makes your answer easier to find.

If you were going to email us: "Yo WhAt tImE I GoNa GeT mY InJeCtOrS bAcK?" or any basic question like this relating to turnaround time, please see our TURNAROUND TIME FAQ section located here: http://injector-rehab.com/faq/turnaround.htm
You also need to understand that although we are good... we arent THAT good to know where in the WORLD you are emailing from without doing some research via IP address that the incoming message originated from. how about including that info with your question with a few extra key strokes.

If you have contacted us with a question like "Where do I send them?" or "How fast is shipping back to me?" PLEASE look in the SHIPPING FAQ section located here: http://injector-rehab.com/faq/shipping.htm

If you have contacted us asking something about payment like "I must be contacted for payment" or "u TaKe PaYpAl yO", or "Can I pay with a CC?" You need to look in our PAYMENT section located here: http://injector-rehab.com/faq/payment.htm

If you have any questions about Service or a question like "Can I send you "Insert Brand or Type here" injectors? You may may want to look at this FAQ section: http://injector-rehab.com/faq/service.htm

Hopefully this will help you avoid asking a question that has been answered probably 5,000,000 times by our staff. Thanks for taking the few moments out of your day to have a look and see if your question has been answered.

Now that the FAQ rant is over... I guess it may be a good idea to give you a quick tour of other useful info you can find on our site.

The main page with links to useful info can be found in the "Charts" section of our site under "Knowledge Base". http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/kbindex.htm

Some of the direct links you can find on this page are things like

Pictures and Flow Rates of OEM injector Part numbers: http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/flowrates.htm
This section gets updated weekly if not daily adding new numbers and pictures

Injector Lag Time for those using an after market EMS requiring this info: http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/lag.htm

Answers and explanation of Injector Duty Cycle (IDC) and a nice little calculator: http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/idc.htm

An explanation of resistors in use with injectors as well as a calculator to determine what resistors you would need: http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/resistor.htm

An explanation of AN Fittings and NPT Threads with sizes and pictures: http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/an.htm

A glossary of terms and definitions to help you understand "injector talk": http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/glossary.htm

There is a LOT of info on the site. Just take the time to look around. It can be a good free resource for you in the future.
