Ok everyone... this has gotten a bit bigger than I expected...so I'm going to ask for some help with supplies. Please put down what you're wanting to bring, etc...you know the drill.

Running list

Supplies:
PeaJay: Cookies and Beer (Coors)
Spoooled: PM for parts, some brew
emor8t: Beer (Great Lakes)
SATimko: Whatever is needed
chaosProtege: burgers and buns (like 20 or so)
tiresmoker: Yuengling, sausages, buns
Megz: taco dip, plates, cups, ice
6waggin / coppertone: non-alcoholic beverages, tents, signs?
Dax: a platter of lettuce, maters, onions, pickles for the burgers, also chopped onions and chili sauce for the dogs, and will throw in some Stadium Brats and a dozen burgers. Definitely a case of beer and some water.
wannabe: large foam cooler that i can bring, as well as my cornhole set, and some hotdogs or something.
fishdonotbounce: cookies or something.

Other people are going to the store 2 miles down the road before coming. What they bring is unknown right now

if you want any PARTS, OIL, ETC you can place an order with me and there will be NO shipping. all u have to do is place the order with me and PRE PAY for the items (I dont want to lug this stuff back)

IF you dont show up you will be charged the shipping fee.. IF for some reason I dont make it (about a 1% chance I wont lol) I will cover ALL shipping charges to you.

Well, I will say that I live 2 miles from a grocery store...so purchasing food the day of isn't hard.

Yeah I dont mind bringing extra brew or bread/buns/ paper plates, platsic untensils, cups

anything that does not need to be in a cooler.

if I bring the RX7 depending on the amount of parts I am bringing I will have limited space.. I will have more space in the bimmer.
