Is it idling high (but still great)?
I don't know if I can feel it from 3 feet away.. I never checked, so I'm not sure if that's normal.

the o2 sensor is not really cleanable, not that it would do anything if it was. they either work, or they dont and throw a code. no code, sensor is good.
as for air coming out your exhaust, its normal. the combustion gases have to go some where.

I think I know what you mean.
Is it puffing or more continuous?
I had an Altima that had an infamous intake gasket failure at #4 cylinder, causing a lean condition on that cyl and it caused a puff-puff-puff sound with a ton of air at the exhaust.

The car is idling at about 800RPM now compared to about 300 before. I don't know about the "puff-puff" but it feels like i replaced my muffler with a sporty one.
