Hey guys. I hope this is in the right section, if not, sorry (hand)

But, I'm slowly saving up for something new. I'm looking to spend about $300.

I was looking at getting (No turbo!):

1. A new wing, pref. Erebuni
2. Side skirts, Mazdaspeed fakes/CorkSport
3. HIDs
4. Pro 5 (Dave) is selling his fiberglass trunk enclosure for $400

Any other suggestions? I'm more into show, keep that in mind, so no cams, cam gears, pulleys, etc.

Thanks guys! I figure I'd ask the best of the best on this forum!

Chris

For that price, I'd get the trunk setup. Custom fabrication is expensive, and while it's used, it'll be much better investment wise since the other parts can be had at a better, same or slightly higher price later. Custom fiberglassing and such is always going to be high.

Thanks :)
Werd, and the pieces are red, which match your existing setup.

Unless the pic was *of* your existing setup.

Regardless, having worked in the audio field and seeing what different shops charge here, I'd say go with the trunk stuff.

Better bang for the buck for shows and daily living, as well.

edit: since they're downfiring in to the body, be sure to line well with dynamat or similar. That, in itself, is an expensive addition, but still worth it, IMO.

edit(2): moved to general perf.

Hmm, looks like I'll make Dave a happy man. Thanks guys. I told him to include the subs, he told me to inlude another $1000 for each sub lol.

Thanks again!

hm, i'd probably go with the trunk setup. save you lots of time and money as far as creating a custom audio setup. also, i think putting the ICE in the trunk will help more with showgoing rather than the exterior mods because the exterior mods are so subtle. and damn, $1000 for each sub ? good luck with that.
