Ok I know you can get the hood deflectors in smoked colour but does anyone know if you cna get them clear , that way you could paint the inside your car colour and it wouldn't show as much on the car .

that's actually a really good idea. I think they MIGHT have clear ones at Canadian Tire. Not positive though.

^--- bahhh. That's no fun. I was hopinf for something more along the lines of "see-through bra"
Would be a perfect match if someone came out with see-through skirts and see-through undies
Ah hell,.....let's just create a utopian society where hot girls (and I emphasize only HOT girls) just walk around naked all the time.
Do you think if that happened everntually we would get used to it, and it would look hot if we saw a girl in clothes?
Anyway,..back to the topic.
Not sure about Rockblocker. I've heard some stories about colour not fading evenly (eventhough they have "UV protection". And it might look like ass if you ever want to remove it (two different colours on your hood)

Gah, lame.
Anyway, pretty much ANY accessory, whether it be film, plastic, vinyl or whatever, will cause discoloration due to the sun not hitting areas it normally would. The key thing is to remove it often, make sure to clean properly under and around it and keep it off for periods.
I've *read* that the invisible bra things don't discolor and then I've read where they do, and I haven't experienced it first hand. That makes me assume they will.
Then again, I'm not a fan of bras or deflectors in the first place, so maybe I'm a bit pessimistic.

I've seen the 3m film on yellow, black, red and silver cars and while it's not that noticeable (after a few years) on the silver or yellow, it definitely does look a little 'off' on the red and black - almost faded. This is the biggest reason I've stayed away from it due to having the mid. blue.
Macklum, unfortunately from Mazda, you can only get the dark deflector - which I think would look good on your car, considering it's the dark green. Heck, I love it on mine.
But please, whatever you do DO NOT get the form fit deflectors!!!!!!!!!! This was on my car when I got it (previous owner had put it on), and it rubbed the hood in several places. Basically, I was down to bare metal which was starting to rust, and I ended up having to get the rust fixed and hood repainted. Plus, with the form fit, you have to drill extra holes for it to screw - that's right SCREW - into along the edge of the hood. If I'd known this when I traded in my auto P5, I would have had them switch hoods right away too as part of the deal.

Get a clear bra. They are hardly noticeable at all. Just make sure to wax in a direction away from the bra. If you wax toward the bra, you'll get buildup along the edges of the bra, and it will be more noticeable.
