I got a phone call from a shop on the east coast. They bought a blue mazdaspeed protege from a subaru dealer, the prior owner traded in for an STi. the dealer was in maryland IIRC. the car has a built motor, hits peak boost around 8psi and has cut wires that were wired up to the MAP sensor for something that is no longer there. the car also has a front mount intercooler, they do not know which, but it is one that leaves the factory smic in place.

i am trying to find out who owned this car and what they did to it so i can help this shop out. any clues?

Odd that fits everything too, MD, STi, he was modded IIRC.

Perhaps you can get the vin, find the production number and see if they posted in msprotege.

watter in the stand alone, shit wouldnt move, hard to start, wires fucked up, basically yes, it was that bad

when he got into his accident, the body shop left a hole and didnt seal it right in the rain gutter by the windsheild

There were no cut wires or anything like that. It was watter on the ecu, apparently it didnt really do to much damage since the mpi was still in the car. The ecu was not replaced and the mpi wasnt taken out. And I didnt have a fmic.
