"Seattle Silver" paint.

I seem to recall reading that Duplicolor(?) makes a "Seattle Silver" which matches the interior Protege silver almost exactly. However, I've since found one can of it and didn't pick it up at the time thinking I'd be able to find it anywhere.

Now that I need it, I can't find it.

If any of you know where to get it other than ordering online, please let me know. I may even send some cash to you to pick up and ship some cans to me, as it's *nowhere* here.

Also, let me confirm that Seattle Silver is what I'm looking for.

Yes, its Seattle Silver, and its a *bitch* to find. I can only find it in small cans, but usually at Advance Auto.

I looked into it and Seattle Silver is actually a Honda Accord* color from the early 90s, so in desperate need you can order some from Paintscratch or similar outlet.

*Actually may be Civic OR Accord. Memory is fuzzy right now, but I am sure its a Honda color.

ah seattle silver. that was my little discovery from back in the day when i was painting my lcd bezel. i have never had a problem locating that paint. always found it at autozone in florida. usually they had at least one can in stock and i would go to other shops in the area when i needed more than one

lol yea me too. shouldn't be that much unless there is a hazmat surcharge on paint?

i have to redo my mp3 cupholders cause that silver is a little darker than the rest of the p5 but its the original coating so didnt want to ruin the extra strenght that the orig has

I ordered a whole case of paint once for this reason, they either never had it or only ever had little cans so i just ordered an entire case

Sorry, a few of these threads have gone unnoticed due to the other things going on.

As far as the paint, mi madre found a single can, but I may need more. I'm planning on "ghosting" the Mazdaspeed logo on the cupholder and if it doesn't work out as I hope I'll have you grab more.
