Yup, I'm going to head out to Phoenix next week, and we will be hooking the car up with some new goodies.
Intake manifold- Not sure exactly what all Beau is going to do on this for me as far as PnP and butterfly removal goes, but the manifold will hold 8 stock injectors (4 hooked up to PCM for primary, 4 hooked up to MPI for secondary).
IC- We are going to notch my bumper and do the huge core (8" tall) upgrade.
Piping- Hot side will stay the same, cold side will become stainless and will eliminate the bottleneck at the IC outlet (where it reduces in size for fitment). So the cold side will be a full 2.5" from IC to TB.
BOV- HKS SSQV is coming off and being replaced with a new prototype BoostSciences Reflex BOV. This valve is going to use the SSQV flange, and the design is based on the latest gen Reflex BPV that I have been testing for awhile now.
I am also picking up my CF trunk that has been sitting there at the shop for months, and overall I can't freaking wait for next week. Really excited about the new setup. I will probably do a low boost (9-10psi) dyno session just to get a comparison of the old piping setup vs the new one. I don't think anything else will really make any power by itself, but all in all it will be a MUCH cleaner and nicer setup.
Pics will come as soon as I get them.

Haha, don't worry Pat, you'll get your trunk someday.:)

Indeed. The SSQV is going to Travis (killer 8), along with my entire cold side IC pipe and injector setup.

Nah, I don't see this setup being a huge power maker over what I have now... it will just be cleaner with the new intake manifold. You're actually the one that will be seeing a lot of power from my latest round of mods here, lol.:)

About to head back home. I had a good trip out here even though it was shortened by one day since I couldn't make it on Monday. Several pics of the huge thumper core upgrade will be posted when I get home... it is SICK!
I need to clean up the CF trunk that I picked up from a local dude here, and then install it. That will probably go down tomorrow since it will be dark and cold when I get home.
Got your turbo kit Travis, and it will be waiting for you tomorrow.:)

BTW, no shit talking about my lower grill... it got jacked on the highway and needs to be repainted and remounted on the passenger side. I didn't have the time or materials to fix it on my short trip out there.

Let me just say once again... Beau is the man. Jay and Kyle helped, and I did most of the tear down and assembly crap, but Beau is the one that made that thing fit.
I really didn't understand exactly what he was talking about when he first told me about the way he was going to do it (a couple months ago), but when I got the bumper off of the car and put it on the bench, it was obvious when I looked at it from a side view. The structural part of the bumper beam is not where I thought it was before I saw it off of the car. Beau cut the scrap off of the bottom with a plasma cutter, and the important part is left alone. I was amazed by how clean it turned out.

Here are some randon pics. All I did was cut off the channel the factory attaches to the bumper. Real easy and only takes a few minutes to cut it off. Then about 30 minutes of cleanup work and it's done.

I used a sawzall, then a heat gun, then a hammer, to get my FMIC to fit. And I had to relocate my power steering cooler.

Yea, I second the love... I never liked the idea of hacking it up or removing it, but when I saw it off of the car and realized how insignifigant the lower section of it is, I changed my mind completely.
