anyone with a speed rear bump lip knows all about rubbing black crap of of it if they have the CS PS exhaust.
are there any companies that are making bump pieces that finish exhaust for our cars or universals ones that will work?

ah- that is nice. Do you really want to attach it like that to your bumper? Only problem with that is you'll still get carbon under that piece, and then you can't clean it. Its a nice piece, I bet DGM would make something like that if there was enough interest.

just sirring up ideas, it could even be something easier to clean like plate aluminum. Hell I will get back I might have a place to make something like that.

Dex, I honestly think the CS exhaust is the best bargain, best exhaust out there.
Just my .02!
I've had mine since 03.
Polish it frequently, and it still looks stunning.

it's awsome really truely love it, esp for the price. just make sure to spent the extra time on bending the hangers for the muffler so that it hangs low enought to clear the msp bumper like the corksport directions indicate. I have seen it burn through if you don't.
real clean sound. low and smooth

Yeah seriously what up with it being that short? And it probably wouldn't have damaged it that bad if you had bent the hangers so that it wasn't touching the bumper.

Yeah he had the P5 version at first b.c he had the exhaust on his P5 I believe. He now has a correct fitting one and it looks a lot better.

It didnt take long for the bumper to start showing. I think I might have drove it like that for 1-2 weeks before I got the correct tail sec.

I worked the hell out of the hangers and I still only have like a quarter inch space. I am going to try to machine up some aluminum to fit similar to the cf piece on the other page. unless someone knows of something made already that will work.

For a while Shane and I had a piece of that heat reflective metal tape on the underside of the lip where the tip goes. I took mine off bc mine isnt all that close to the bumper anymore. I'm not sure if he still has his or not. It isnt all that pretty but if you keep it under the cure of the lip you dont really see it.

corksport and goldline are the cincytucky way of life. I guess having the Spipe and goldlines make me one of those people too.

just be thankfull you don't have the THERMAL R&D exhaust like I do.the POS has a flange that is directly next to the gas tank, and no matter how you bend the hangers you can't get it to stop rubbing.
I just cut a silicone coupler, and zip tied it on to silence it.
I love my corksport. I also have the residue on my bumper. I have been thinking about fabbing something up.

*The sedan system has slight clearance issues, it't not a matter of having a wagon version.
The CS exhaust was not even intentded for the MSP. I test fitted it to see how it'd work with the different cat configuration. To my suprise I had an exhaust system.
I would love one of those carbon pieces.... really. I need one bad.
