I guess I'll be the first to post here.

I had the stock airbox, without the thing on top of the radiator. the best was 88.3WHP (lol2). the sheet shows 86 for some reason, lower than the computer screen. it did it on all the cars.

yeah, we had an auto protege5 dyno after me and he did 86 WHP on the first run for some reason, but the second and third runs where in the 90's

Yeah, the FS doesn't make the claimed 130hp that Mazda said it does. That was during their thankfully short phase of overrating their engines. The RX8 was initially rated at 250hp, and the 2001+ Miata at 155hp. They changed their figures after people were complaining. An FS-DE is lucky to lay down 105 with the 5-speed, wheras the BP gets 105-110 on a claimed 125hp. My 93 GT baselined at 111whp.
