An interesting thing happened the other day. I got a request from a board user (P5.Com) to order the oh so hard to get "Canadian Foglight Covers"
for the P5. Now, as I own one the first thing that came to mind was...

There are covers for this available at the dealer?
What do they look like?

He sent the Part number and surely, the dealer had said that there were
44 Sets sitting at the wharehouse and that he has never seen them.
Apparently they replace the Stock fog lights with a grille that matches the
lower grille on the car. For all those who have a P5 Bumper and can't
stand how useless the lights are I was thinking about ordering a
set to see how they look. The set of 2 would be in the order of $70.00
taxes in.

Here's the kicker. The Wharehouse is in the U.S. and the U.S. members
cant order them...WTF..

I'm looking for pictures of them, I think I noticed some at the MOM show in 2004 Toronto and it's quite a nice look.

Subscribing. I removed my foglights, so I'm curious as well.

I was talking with Jack about them a year ago. We decided to kill the idea due to the cost..

It does look killer..

Sucks that the P5 part is diferent from the MSP ones. Those are shit simple to get anywhere..

For those that are interested in this - either the P5 or MSP foglight grills - please pm me. I work at a dealership so I may be able to swing a better price than you Brian (no offense).

Also, I can get the rear-seat cupholders that I know are unavailable in the US.

Sounds good - remind me around the end of March, and we'll work things out. I don't expect the boxes to be too big.

I also can get the P5 headlights with the black housing. I know most don't mind the DIY method, but for those that don't want to, I can get them.

Part numbers for the MSP covers.

B32E-50-C11
B32E-50-C21

They are $35 CDN / side. If you want to put them on the P5 bumper, you need to trim some of the platic at the back and then find a way to attach them (ie: a screw on the back-side)

An important note - The grills are actually a faux-grill look. They do NOT allow ANY air flow. So those of you with CAI's that think it will allow more flow,...it will not. It is a grill look with solid black plastic behind them. I will see if I can dig up some pictures and post them

correct. Jason (YP5 Toronto) as well as Mark (Ricecooker) in the pics above both used the MSP covers. I was not aware of any that are specifc to the P5. I have a feeling that the guy you were talking to at the parts counter might be a little mixed up. But I could be wrong.

The hole for the P5 is larger because it does not have the lip...
