i have a carbon fiber hood on my msp. i'm going to take it to a local performance shop soon and get it reclearcoated but i had a wuestion. they said that they could put a tint in the clearcoat so that when the light hits it, it will be that color, and i was wondering if anyone could suggest a nice color that would work well with my car. thanks

Well depends on the color of your car and any color accents you may have on your car. If your car is a Spicy you could have them tint it orange or maybe a blue.

Okay, just read that your car's silver, you could have them tint the hood red. Red goes good with silver.

I've seen that done.. it's kinda a green mica flake in the Spicy paint. Looked great in person!
But on a sunlight silver car, maybe just have them paint the side pieces silver or something to better tie in with the car's paint/styling?

That would look good too. Friend of mine did that with his blue Speed.

Well laser blue doesn't have a fun chameleon-esque mica so it wouldn't have quite the same effect.. btw do you know what color 'tint' was used?
