Before anyone say check the FAQ i did
the MAF there is different to the one in my familia sp20
i would like to know how to get into it without damage
also if the same rules apply, it is located in the same area
but the shape is different no screws there's also a warning sign
on the thing

why do you want to get into it? the whole piece bolts onto the airbox and it is replaced as a complete unit!

i wanted to clean my MAF i thought this was the way so the one in the sp20
would not need cleaning?

Remove your airbox and the intake pipe.
The MAF sensor comes out as a unit, and the part you need to clean is a small needle like sensor inside the duct.
Spray it continuously with electrical contact cleaner.

DO NOT TOUCH IT.
Its very fragile and expensive.

if you're not experiencing any problems, DO NOT clean it

they are supposed to be self cleaning and unservicable!

TheMAN is right here, nearly all mass air flow sensors are designed to clean them selves usually after shut down of the engine, if that stops working that could show signs of another small fault with your MAF sensor, which should trigger a fault code in your computer and cause the engine check light to illuminate. If anything you could be causing a prblem more then avoiding it.
If you want to clean something buy some throttle body cleaner and clean the carbon off the throttle plate, being careful not to spray too much otherwise you might hydraulic lock your motor.
