I used 51mm pipe, which is the same, or close to standard.

Its just a stainless muffler from Ebay. 4" tailpipe and about 460mm long.
Cheap as chips, but to be honest it looks surprisingly good quality.
I think the brand name was "URBAN MUFFLER".
Yes, I made the pipe myself. MIG welder, 4 x 45degree bends, and stainless MIG wire. I also used SS 8mm rods for hangers.
