Convert aftermarket HID projector bulb to reflective bulb?

Hi all,

Is there a way to convert the aftermarket HID projector blub to reflective bulb?

Since most of the DIY HID Kit only come with a projective blub and the light comes out from the low beam is too bright and too high?
