I just install a H7 HID conversion unit on my 2002 Protege5 and it works just fine if I just turn it on w/o turn on the engine

The Daytime running light give me trouble since it turns on the low-beam light automatically only as half power, once engine starts and when I try to switch it to low-beam, the light didn't turn on too.

Now I have to pull up my handbrake to deativiate before turn on the engine, then turn on the engine, switch to low-beam, release my handbrake, then the HID will come out properly

Can anyone help me with this? Any solution?

The low beam only on at 50% capacity when is on daytime running light, so once is switch to full low beam when the car is running, the HID in low beam won't turn on itself
