ForceFed says this about these pods:

I guess that answers my question about prosport (non pro series) gauges fitting. They're such deep gauges, it was a little iffy. does it fit in even with the metal mounting bracket?

Guys...your not supposed to use mounting Brackets....These are designed to be a Press fit...Snug.

Just push them in......If its too tight...Sand a bit out....Otherwise...Just Press 'n Go.

But if you fell like using them..or they fit..Feel free to do so.

Oh, and to answer Kansei's question on one of the other threads.... This does not impede the motion of the wheel tilt, at all...

The only issue, (which really isn't one) is that obviously depending on the angle at which you adjust your wheel, you lose direct sight of your odometer. Like I said, no big deal at all.

The plastic feels pretty strong, and looks rather good in the car. I would not say that it looks OEM, since it does overlap the bottom piece of plastic on the column. I would highly recommend istalling your Dave B rings/painting your needle caps/any other instrument cluster mods, before installing this, as the guage will block the easy removal of the instrument bezel. I wonder if a newer generation revision could be made to be a direct replacement (with the OEM mounting tabs)? But it does not detract from the fact that the piece is cool as hell, and looks great testfitted in the car.

I can not wait to get a guage installed!

Anyone on the fence about the piece, needs to go ahead and get one. You will be glad that you did.

I have my gauges above my radio and like em there. I am tempted to get a volt meter though, and not sure what other gauge to fill the second pod.

I know he was running a deal where you get a dual or single bezel and a single or dual column for a sweet deal!
