Just curious to see.. I'm forged, my car is almost running again, MAM FMIC, AEM wideband, stock turbo, stock injectors, PWR radiator.. I don't have the $ for the Microtech or Haltech, and won't be racing it. Using it as a DD for the most part. Would a SplitSecond AFC be okay for this situation, or would a Unichip work better? I have both, but I'm thinking the AFC would do more as far as tuning. Opinions welcome. :D

i would just go with a unichip if you are keeping the stock injectors and keeping it a DD.

I wouldn't use the unichip solely because it requires you go to a dyno that knows unichip to get it tuned. No dice on doing your own tuning.

What sort of power levels are you planning on driving with every day?

The Unichip I have was used with a FMIC previously.. I don't know how precise the tuning can get with the Unichip (do they tune for engine internal specifics or just the basic outer mods?). Eh.. as far as power level, I don't really have an idea of what I'm looking for, mostly whatever feels right and what the car can do comfortably without calling for additional $$ and a standalone.
